1. Purpose of Services

The astrology consultations, Vastu consultations, Poojas, Homas (Havan), and other Vedic services provided by Astrojyoti Vedic Sansthan are based on traditional Vedic knowledge, spiritual beliefs, and religious practices. These services are intended to provide guidance and support only.

2.  Guaranteed Results

Astrological predictions and Vedic remedies depend on an individual's karma, faith, efforts, and life circumstances. Therefore, no service, remedy, ritual, or consultation guarantees specific or 100% results.

3. Privacy & Confidentiality

All personal information, birth details, and concerns shared by clients will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without the client's consent, unless required by law.

4. Payments

Full payment must be made in advance before any consultation or ritual begins.

Services will commence only after payment has been successfully received.

The schedule and details of the service will be shared after payment confirmation.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the spiritual and personalized nature of our services, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable once the booking has been confirmed or the service has commenced.

6. Pooja & Rituals

All Poojas, Havans, and other Vedic rituals are performed according to traditional Vedic procedures and at an auspicious time (Muhurta) as determined by the Acharya.

7. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth). Astrojyoti Vedic Sansthan shall not be held responsible for inaccurate guidance resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.

8. Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with our Acharyas and staff. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services in cases of abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior.

9. Right to Modify

Astrojyoti Vedic Sansthan reserves the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

By booking or using the services of Astrojyoti Vedic Sansthan, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
